MindTekt International is a family-owned company founded in 2020 by vape-industry innovator Joseph Fiscella. After years of observing widespread quality issues across smoking accessories—particularly poorly engineered cone fillers and grinders—he identified a clear opportunity to raise the standard through thoughtful design and engineering.

To execute this vision, Joseph partnered with his uncle and mentor, T. Fiscella, an inventor with more than 50 years of engineering experience and multiple patented innovations. Together, they spent several years developing a portfolio of purpose-built products focused on functionality, durability, and precision.

MindTekt’s first release, the NCOGNITO MOD, was designed to address the overlap between vape and traditional smoking use cases, mphasizing discretion, adaptability, and mechanical efficiency. The product reflects the company’s core approach: solve real problems with engineered solutions rather than novelty.

Looking ahead, MindTekt International is preparing to introduce additional devices and accessories developed to improve cleanliness, reduce waste, and enhance overall user experience. Every product is designed with clear functional intent and long-term usability in mind.
